Heidenheim signs 21-year-old Paul Hennrich permanently. The youngster has joined the recently relegated Bundesliga side Heidenheim on a long-term contract until 2031. The transfer fee is 1.5 million euros plus bonuses. A sell-on clause is also included in the deal. Hennrich played for TSG Hoffenheim's reserve team in the previous season. "Paul has received excellent training at TSG Hoffenheim over the past few years and, as a young player, still possesses enormous potential. We are convinced that his proven quality in the 3. Liga last season, his mentality, and his ambition make him an excellent fit for our approach," said Heidenheim CEO Holger Sanwald. "We are delighted that such a talented player from TSG Hoffenheim has chosen to join our club, FC Heidenheim," Sanwald added. Heidenheim hopes that Hennrich will play an important role in the future. The 21-year-old player has already gained some experience in professional football and will now put his skills to the test at Heidenheim.
